Very though weekend, only had time to deal with this yesterday.
I just wanted to close this issue because i hate to search for a problem in the internet and never to see the solution for it.

TL:DR version: it was the DVI cable, i just switched the ends...

You need to change your PSU
the GTX 750 needs 400 watts to run 100% normally

You can unplug battery and AC adapter to reset system, and try again. If still fail, unplug HDD & SSD, USB device, and try again.

Tried unplugging battery + AC adapter then adding them back and start BIOS but still same white underscore and black screen (and no USB devices plugged in). I can't actually remove SSD+HDD because that would require me to open the case, voiding the war...
